We specialise in complicated site situations including derelict, structurally unsafe or fire damaged buildings. These structures often contain hazardous building materials such as asbestos or other mixed difficult and special waste.
In some circumstances it is not possible to enter the building safely to survey the structure prior to demolition.
In this situation our Asbestos Survey Team is on hand to assess the likelihood of hazardous material being in the building and be on hand to identify materials recovered by our machine drivers and demolition teams. When potentially hazardous materials are identified work is stopped and a material is risk assessed. Once identified a plan of works can be created to continue works including instructing fully notifiable works.
